What better way to kick off the week than with a fash-tastic flash mob under the shadow of the Eiffel Tower care of legendary queen of the wrap dress and Studio 54 icon, Diane von Furstenberg. Underlining the continuing trend for putting the fun back into fashion DVF herself headed up a dance routine of ladies in her fab print dresses getting down to the sounds of Chaka Khan‘s “I’m Every Woman”. Go girl.

The hardcore fashion fans among you will know that New York Fashion Week, showing the first of the new spring/summer 2012 collections, kicks off tomorrow (September 8). And now Youtube is live-streaming the catwalk action via it’s Liverunway website, there’s no excuse for any of us not to be ahead of the fashion curve come summer. Our personal not-to-be-missed tip is the return of Helmut Lang to the catwalk.
